Restrict custom field values based on user group or role

      Problem Definition
      Currently, it is not possible to restrict Custom Field values based on the user groups. This makes it difficult to track Custom Field data which is specific to certain user groups.

      Suggested Solution
      Allow restricting Custom Field values based on the user group

            After some analysis, we've found that this ticket is a duplicate of the request JRACLOUD-69298 – Allow fields to be hidden when certain group or users views a ticket i.e field-level security which has more votes.
