In JSM Projects , users can view the data in dashboard/Filter only if the user is added to the Project or the Browse Projects permission should be provided to Site admins group. This should be carried in all individual projects which could be cumbersome if there are plenty of projects.

This Suggestion is to allow ORG Admin/Site Admin to view the Project data and the same in Dashboard/Filters without the need to add the users in Project.
