JSON import does not import history items

      Issue Summary

      When issues are imported using JSON import, history of issues is not persisted.

      This means that JQLs like `status was STH` are not imported.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Import issues containing history items using JSON importer 

      Expected Results

      History of issues is saved.

      Actual Results

      History is not saved.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
