Issue Summary

Currently is not possible to edit issues directly within 'Filter Results' gadget in Dashboards. The payload shows an "Edit" operation, but the action list does not display the 'edit' operation.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Dashboards;
2. Choose a dashboard > Add gadget;
3. Add "Filter Results" gadget;
4. Select any filter that brings issues;
5. Click on the three dots (•••) > Look for the "Edit" option

Expected Results

Since the payload shows an "Edit" operation, the option to edit the issue directly on the 'Filter Results' gadget should be available.

Actual Results

Is not possible to edit the issue directly on the 'Filter Results' gadget. The header response provides the "Edit" operation in the modal/list element, however, it gets lost before it is generated on the page. 

Workaround

First, access the issue and then perform the edit on it.
