Issue Summary

Unable to update the Description field via the issue bulk issue tool. 

This is the same case as described in this JAC ticket for the server.

• JRASERVER-67821: Allow bulk editing of the Description field

Steps to Reproduce

From either a global or project issue view;

• Click the 3 dots and bulk change issues  
  
• Choose Edit issues for bulk action
  
• Under Operation Details, the field Description does not exist. Hence, cannot be updated.
  

Expected Results

The Description field should exist allowing for bulk update operation.  

Actual Results

The Description field does not exist, hence, it can't be updated using bulk operation. 

Workaround

You can use the following method to perform bulk updates on the Description field.

• Via import data from CSV using the marker "<<Unable to render embedded object: File (clear) not found.>>" to clear the field
• Using API edit issue endpoint PUT /rest/api/3/issue/{issueIdOrKey}] 
• Using Automation rule
• Using 3rd party plugins, ie Advanced Bulk Edit for Jira
