Issue Summary

Select Custom Field list not populating any data

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open an issue in the issue view
2. Try editing a Select Custom Field

Expected Results

Users should see the select options

Actual Results

The options are not populated

Workaround

1. Go to an affected issue and click Configure to go to its Issue layout
   
2. Move a field around (for example swap the order of two fields), click Save changes and then move the field back to the original position and click Save again.
   
   This should force a cache refresh and should resolve the issue.

Workaround Notes 

• You must do this for one affected issue per project. If there are a lot of projects with the problem the workaround will take some time to apply.
• The workaround fix may work initially and then be overwritten (reverting the fix) as the issue is related to problems in cache regeneration
