Issue Summary
Filter details will not work properly. This behavior is replicated both in NIN and GIN.
'filter detail' is not displaying correctly and showing an error: 'we couldn't display the filter details. Click to retry'.
Note: This is affecting both the sandbox and the production site.
Steps to Reproduce
- Enable the New Issue View.
- Open a filter and click on Details.
- Similarly, in GIN (global issue navigator) click 'Details' next to the filter name
Expected Results
It should open normally like this in NIN and GIN respectively:

Actual Results
Workaround
In NIN:
- The current workaround is to return to GIN and refresh the filter page
In GIN:
- The current workaround is to select the filter and refresh the page
There should not be a need to navigate from Filters Directory, only refresh the page in GIN.
