'Filter detail' is not displaying correctly both in NIN and GIN

      Issue Summary

      Filter details will not work properly. This behavior is replicated both in NIN and GIN.

      'filter detail' is not displaying correctly and showing an error: 'we couldn't display the filter detailsClick to retry'. 

       
      Note: This is affecting both the sandbox and the production site. 

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Enable the New Issue View.
      2. Open a filter and click on Details.
      3. Similarly, in GIN (global issue navigator) click 'Details' next to the filter name

      Expected Results

      It should open normally like this in NIN and GIN respectively:

      Workaround

      In NIN:

      • The current workaround is to return to GIN and refresh the filter page

      In GIN:

      • The current workaround is to select the filter and refresh the page

      There should not be a need to navigate from Filters Directory, only refresh the page in GIN.
