Issue Summary

As already available on the portals of the Jira Service Management projects, it is possible to suggest articles while a ticket or request is being created, something like:

It would be really helpful and useful to have the same feature available on the Jira Software projects.

Expected Results

Have Suggested Articles (like JSM portals) at the moment to create issues within Jira Software projects.

Actual Results

No options available.

Workaround
