The Activity Stream gadget is not loading JIRA issues.

      Summary

      The Activity Stream gadget is not showing JIRA issues.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Access any JIRA Dashboard with Activity Stream gadget.
      2. The problem is intermittent on certain cases.

      Expected Results

      1. Get JIRA issues listed on the Activity Stream.

      Actual Results

      1. You may see the error: 
        The activity source for 'JIRA' was slow to respond and isn't included.

        However, the most common message is No activity was found

      1. Get the following message on the logs: 
        [c.a.j.p.d.streams.DvcsStreamsActivityProvider.privacy-safe] DVCS Connector activity stream requested for tenant that has no DVCS account connected

      Notes

      • It also affects the issue view details (No activity was found) as shown below

      Workaround

      • Limited the number of display items on the activity stream to 35
