Middle clicking on the issue link for a child issue, opens the link in a new tab in the foreground rather than opening behind the already open tab.

Issue Summary

On MacOS-Chrome, when the user is looking at an epic, if they middle click on the issue link for a child issue, it opens the link in a new tab in the foreground. the expected behavior is to open behind the open tab, not in the foreground.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Open Jira in MacOS-Chrome and an open an epic
2. Middle click on the issue link for a child issue

Expected Results

It should be opened behind the open tab, not in the foreground.

Actual Results

it opens the link in a new tab in the foreground.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
