Issue Summary
Disabling the Vote option will cause the Vote icon to still appear but give a system error when trying to use it
Steps to Reproduce
- Go to System > Global configuration
- Edit the settings and disable the Watch issues option
- Go to any issue and attempt to add your user as a watcher.
Expected Results
- When pressing the Watch icon it loads the list of people who ware watching the issue (even if it's empty) and then shows the "Start watching"/"Stop watching this issue" option.
- When pressing the "Start watching"/"Stop watching this issue" option, the watcher list is updated to include/remove your user.
Actual Results
- When pressing the Watch icon it throws an error trying to load the list of people who are watching it (even if it's empty), although it still shows the "Start watching"/"Stop watching this issue" option
- When pressing the "Start watching"/"Stop watching this issue" option, an error is thrown.
Workaround
Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
