      Issue Summary

      Statuses in Team Managed projects don't have order numbers (sequence id in the Database) which affects how issues are consistently sorted by statuses on boards and filters.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. In a Team Managed, go to project settings > Issue Types>Edit Workflow
      2. Add a new status to the Workflow.

      Expected Results

      Once the status is created, it has a sequence id in the Database so it can be sorted consistently.

      Actual Results

      The statuses are being created without a sequence id in the Database

      Workaround

      Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
