Problem

Unexpected/random text "=====" with info icon displays with ticket transition screen for workflow transitions in the Jira Service Management projects

Similar text is visible on Dashboard and search issue screen, as a header of "..." more options column. Screenshots are attached for reference. Issue seen on specific sites, not all.
