      We have recently received a JAC(https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-81063) in which the description of the Issue Transition Screens is not picked up or translated properly.

      Instead of the expected text, we see "====="

      Also, this is happening for Issue Navigator and Dashboard page. View screenshots in JAC for more details.
