When entering an issuekey into a comment or description, Jira does not honor the link preferences display options

Summary

With the implementation of JRACLOUD-72429 most hyperlinks are formatted per the user's personal preference found in https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/link-preferences. However when entering in an issuekey (ABC-123 as an example), within a description or comment or other wiki style rendered field, Jira will automatically format that issuekey into a hyperlink that is using the card format, ignoring the personal link preference of that user.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Navigate to https://id.atlassian.com/manage-profile/link-preferences and choose a default display link type other than in-line. For example, choose URL
2. Within a Jira issue description or comment, type in an issuekey to another Jira issue within that same Jira site

Expected Results

Given the nature of wiki style rendered fields, we expect Jira to automatically convert that issuekey text into a new hyperlink to that other issue and it does that. However the end user expects that this new hyperlink will honor the end user's personal link display preference.

Actual Results

The hyperlink is using the In-line display format for other Jira issues by default, regardless of their new link preference.
