Issue Summary

Currently, through https://preferences.atlassian.com/, we can select and choose the notifications we will receive. However, it's not possible to do it to a domain (since this feature is only for personal settings).

Possible Solution

As long the Organization has a verified domain, create a feature that allows an Org admin to unsubscribe the marketing emails for the entire domain. 

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available.
