Change default highlighted time in time picker dropdown

      Upon clicking a time picker a dropdown appears with midnight highlighted:

      This means you often have to scroll down a long way to select a time (i.e. during business hours).

      Instead of the current behaviour it would be preferable to have one of the following:

      • Ideally it shows 8:00 AM as the first visible entry (allowing scrolling up to show earlier times)
        OR
      • The current time (e.g. automatically calculated time) in the middle of the visible list.
