      Issue Summary

      When viewing an issue with children, you're able to see a panel which shows all of those children as well as a "% done" measure based on how many of them have a status category which is "Done". 

      It would be very helpful to have this be a field, which would help with tracking, reporting, and may fulfill https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JSWCLOUD-18704 as the field information could be pulled via API if it existed. 

      Currently there's no way to get this information other than from this child issues pane, or from other types of reports based on filters/reporting on issue statuses. Making this a field would assist in integrating this data into our own API or tie into add-on functionality.
