Create a REST API endpoint to retrieve the percentage of completed issues inside Epics

      Summary

      Currently, there isn't a REST API endpoint to get the percentage of completed child issues of an Epic.

      It would be helpful to get that percentage through a REST API endpoint.

            I need to pass the Epic % complete to a third-party software from company-managed projects.  Please consider this feature for the next release.
