Issue Summary

The default value for a radio button custom field is not picked up in the transition screen.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a custom field with radio buttons( Independant of required or optional) .
2. Add options.
3. Navigate to Context and Default values and set one of the value as default.
4. Associate the field to a transition screen.
5. When the issue is transitioned, the field will not have the default value set.  

Expected Results

The default value to be picked up.

Actual Results

Default value is not picked up in the transition screen.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
