Make Jira Issue "Print" option configurable

      Problem Definition

      Currently, when you select "Print" in the issue like below:

      Then it transitions to the page below:

      However, this page is not configurable and there is no option to change this view.

      Suggested Solution

      Allow admins to edit the layout of this page
