Clients request to be able to modify the fields shown when an issue is printed. 

Currently, client that do not have any additional Marketplace Addons have the ability to 'Print' from Issue View but the information provided in the 'Print' output is pre-defined and the User is not able to select which Fields are "printed".

For some Customers, the Print feature gives everything that we need except for 1 critical Custom Field and not having the ability to add that Custom Field to the Print Output renders the Print completely unusable.
