      Request https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRACLOUD-40929 introduced option to Order by (Created, Key, Priority, Status, Assignee) issues under Epic. However, when using non default order by option and then navigate away from the Epic, ie by clicking on one of the child issues, and then pressing back in the browser, the sort order returns to the default.

      The sort order should not be set back to the default if I am just going back in my browser history.

      Ideally we should be able to specify a default sort order for child issues in all Epics, or for the last chosen sort order to apply to all Epics we view. This will eliminate requirement to set sort by Priority every time we view an epic.
