Issue Summary

Unable to select project during "create linked issue", UI is not responsive on a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768 as mentioned in the following document: https://support.atlassian.com/atlassian-account/docs/supported-browsers-for-atlassian-cloud-products/

Steps to Reproduce

1. On a mobile device with a minimum screen resolution of 1024x768
2. Open a ticket on the view screen
3. Select Link issue
4. + Create linked issue
5. Try to select a project

Expected Results

It should be able to select the project.

Actual Results

it will be stuck between the first and the second project, not being possible to properly select the project, UI is not responsive.

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

Notes: This issue is also noticed on iPads, as they use iPad Air (820x1180) and Mini (768X1024).
