Create linked issue breaks the scroll bar using Safari Browser

Steps to Reproduce

1. On Safari Browser
2. Open a ticket on the view screen (Ticket where the scroll bar is needed on the description fields)
3. Select Link issue
4. + Create linked issue

Expected Results

Use the create linked issue normally

Actual Results

The scroll bar from the original ticket (background) is presented in front of the Create linked issue screen

Workaround

Currently, there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available

Note:
After you select the "+ Create linked issue", the Create issue screen in Jira will also present the same behavior, unless you refresh the page and use the Create issue screen normally.
