Allow users to customize default search query for advanced search in issue navigator

      Currently, switching to advanced search in Jira cloud defaults to the following query:
       

      created >= -30d order by created DESC

      This was changed a short while ago and is causing slowdowns in workflow for some users as it doesn't show what it used to before the -30d change. Allowing users to customize what advanced search is normally defaulted to will save users time and allow for a more efficient workflow (whether this default is system based, or even better, account based).
