Issue Summary

When trying to clone an issue, if you select the whole summary highlighted and move your cursor out of the cloning box, it stops the clone process.

This is reproducible on Data Center: (no)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Start Cloning an issue.
2. Click and hold to highlight the text within the box, and move the cursor outside of the clone box.
3. Release the mouse.
4. Observe that the cloning box closes.

Expected Results

It should only ignore you're moving the cursor out of the box and keep cloning the issues.

Actual Results

It quits the cloning process and we need to start it again.
The below exception is thrown in the xxxxxxx.log file:

Workaround

To avoid this issue you can select the text but don't drag it out of the clone modal.
