Issue Summary

If you set a Select List (cascading) field as a hidden field in a request type, then set a default value for the parent and child, when you try to create the ticket inside Jira the child has an empty value.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add a Select List (cascading) field as a hidden field of a request type
2. Set a parent and a child default value in the hidden field options
3. Try to create a ticket inside Jira for that request type

Expected Results

When creating the ticket, the parent and a child default value are displayed.

Actual Results

Only the parent value is displayed and the child value is set as empty.

Workaround

Raise the request through the JSM portal https://<instancename>.atlassian.net/servicedesk, or through the email requests.
