There should be a feasibility to copy one project settings to another Project with an an option that in future any changes done on either of the projects should not reflect on Other.

This option not only provide Users with less tech knowlegde to handle Jira and also from Jira end creation of Projects should become easier.(The same I have observed under some other tools also having cloning /copying of projects).
