Ability to remove app suggestion from Navigation bar>Apps

      Problem Definition

      Currently, we recommend apps while clicking on the apps section on the navigation bar

      "Recommended for your team" and "Popular Apps"

      Turning off product suggestions to users under System=>General Configuration does not stop this.

      Suggested Solution

      Need an option to disable app recommendations from the navigation bar
