Problem
when an update is made the email comes through as blank it doesn't show what has been updated or changed in the custom fields
Environment
JS- cloud
Steps to Reproduce
- Create a advanced custom field( userpicker( multiple users).
- Create an issue and add this field
- Now update the field with a value
- Check the notification in your inbox
- You will see empty no value for the field
Expected Results
The value in the field should be reflected in the Jira notification received
Actual Results
The field is empty
