when updating a custom field ( user picker (multiple users), the jira notification email received shows empty for these fields.

      Problem

      when an update is made the email comes through as blank it doesn't show what has been updated or changed in the custom fields

      Environment

      JS- cloud

      Steps to Reproduce

      • Create a advanced custom field( userpicker( multiple users).
      • Create an issue and add this field
      • Now update the field with a value
      • Check the notification in your inbox
      • You will see empty no value for the field

      Expected Results

      The value in the field should be reflected in the Jira notification received

      Actual Results

      The field is empty
