Issue Summary

Attachments previews embedded in the description field are failing to load intermittently with either "Failed to load" or "Preview unavailable" message.

Steps to Reproduce

As it is intermittent, you might not be able to replicate it.

This turns out to be a Bento bug. Where the token expires and needs to be refreshed
