Problem

Jira admins are unable to view a list of all users/groups associated across multiple Permission schemes. Currently, to get a comprehensive list of all entries in a Permission Scheme the admin would need to visit each project and copy/paste this information from the People page.

Admins would use these reports or lists to audit any updates to project access across a Jira site

Suggestion

Provide the ability to access a list or report of all users/groups across permission schemes in use on the site. Similar to the Project Roles usage page (secure/project/ViewProjectRoleUsage.jspa link as shown here: https://support.atlassian.com/jira-cloud-administration/docs/manage-project-roles/#Viewing-project-roles), there could be a page that perform this same breakdown for Permission schemes and the assigned users/groups per project.
