New Global Issue Create modal - Group picker fields search are case-sensitive

      Issue Summary

      Currently, the new functionality New Global Issue Create modal uses a different way of searching groups inside Group picker custom fields. The group picker in the legacy Issue Create redirected users to a page to select the groups.

      The new search introduced has the query attribute case-sensitive which is resulting in search results not showing up.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Add a Group picker custom field to your screen
      2. Try finding groups by their names and see it's currently case-sensitive.

      Expected Results

      It would be better if the search wasn't case-sensitive, since it may cause issues to users not seeing a group due to that.

      Actual Results

      The search is case-sensitive.

      Workaround

      Pre requisites: N/A
      Steps : To avoid this bug, the option would be to rename the groups and have all of them with lowercase. The steps to rename the groups are the following:
      1. Open your site administration;
      2. Go to the Directory and the Groups;
      3. Click in the right side option, to open the option to rename the groups;
      4. Change the name to lowercase and save it.
