Time for Date Time Picker Custom Fields show as GMT on Issue Navigator

      Issue Summary

      The time appears as GMT time for Date Time Picker Custom Fields when seen from the Issue Navigator. However, hovering mouse over the time will show the right time based on user timezone.

      It is important to note that during the input of the field on screen, the time selected is based on user's timezone.

      Steps to Reproduce

      1. Create a Date Time Custom Field and add to screen.
      2. Ensure that user timezone is not on GMT (so that the problem can be observed).
      3. Create an issue and input a date time. Note the timezone the user is on and time that was entered. Eg: User is on GMT+11 time, and time entered is 3:00 PM.

      Expected Results

      Issue navigator shows the data following user timezone.

      Actual Results

      Issue navigator shows data in GMT time.

      Workaround

      Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
