Making a field required or optional does not log an entry in audit log

Issue Summary

Changing a field from/to required or optional does not log the action in the Jira audit log.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to issue field configuration and make a field required or optional

Expected Results

This action is logged in Jira audit log

Actual Results

This action is not logged in Jira audit log

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
