Date/Time Picker Custom Field to show Absolute Date in Queue

      Date/Time Picker custom field, while added as a column in Queues, shows only Relative Date. There is no option to switch it to Absolute Date. This is required for JSM customers especially for Incident/Change Requests. 

      For instance, Displaying Relative Date in queue for a Custom Date/Time picker field which captures 'Change Implementation Start/End Time' might be useless, since Agents would prefer to view the Absolute Time rather than Relative Time.
