After the new change implemented on the create modal view, date fields are displaying a placeholder that can confuse some users:
It would be great not to use a placeholder and keep it blank.
Current workaround
Disable the new create global view experience:
- Go to the Personal Settings
- Under New Global issue create experience select to Switch to the old experience.
