When an email of size more than 20 MB is sent to the Jira's mail server, the mail is dropped and is not processed further. Error logged internally-

Message size of 28622234 bytes is larger than the maximum permitted message size (26214400 bytes)

The sender is sent a bounce email but the Jira's mail handler doesn't inform the forward email address for such a problem.

Having a functionality to inform the forward email address about such email is a desired feature.
