Allow the ability to view existing attachments in the transition screen.

    Description

      Actually, it is possible to add attachments on the transition screen by adding the attachment field to it.

      But it doesn't show existing attachments on the issue.

      It would be great if it would be possible to view the existing attachments in the transition screen.
