Add a new workflow condition to transition: Parent-Task Blocking Condition

      Currently, we have the condition to block parent issue transition depending on sub-task status.

      Suggestion: It would be nice to have a condition to block Epic issue transition depending on Story status.

      Possible solution: Admins can use third-party add-ons like ScriptRunner for Jira Cloud to configure Workflow Conditions or Workflow Validators.
