Description
I have had a request from an agent who would like the option to select which comments are viewable in the JIRA Service Desk.
Maybe a radio button that would display Customer Only/Internal Only/All comments
This would be helpful to see what interactions have occurred with the customer without all the internal comments being listed in the timeline.
