Sometimes it happens, that user comments on a Jira issue are not really related to the issue.
We have such situations, when end users believe, that a problem they just discovered seems to be related but it's not. In such a case, it would be very helpful, if I could create a new issue with the comment as main problem description with a simple "click on a link".

Why not adding a "Create issue from this comment" link close to the "edit", "delete", "hide" links of the jira comment entries?
