Unable to choose an option on two multi select custom fields during issue creation

Issue Summary

When you have two or more multi select custom field in create issue screen, we are unable to choose the options from both the fields. Rather it is only allowing us to choose from one field only. 

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create two custom fields with type Select list (multiple-choice)
2. Add to create issue screen
3. Click on "Create" , try to choose an option in both the fields, it will only allow you to choose from one field only. 

Expected Results

We should be able to select an option from both fields.

Workaround

Currently there is no known workaround for this behavior. A workaround will be added here when available
