We cant select values on Select List (Multiple choice) custom field from Create issue screen on some browser versions

Issue Summary

When trying to select values for Select List(Multiple choice) custom field on a create screen , previously selected value for a field gets de-selected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have 2 fields of type Select List(multiple choice) on create screen
2. Select values from 1st field from the screen.
3. Then select the value from 2nd field.

Expected Results

The values from the fields should stay selected.

Actual Results

Values from 1st select list field gets de-selected. Please refer the attached video recording

Workaround

Try different browser and versions. For example , the issue is replicable in Chrome 95.0.4638.54 (64bit). The same issue is not replicable on Chrome v91 and Mozilla v94.

This happens 100% of the time when using the following browsers:
