Summary

There are some PDF files that aren't able to be previewed in Jira Cloud. So far we have noticed it happens to some files generated from Docusign.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Upload doc file to Docusign then export it as pdf*
2. Upload exported pdf file to Jira Cloud

• issue is not reproducible if your original file was a pdf itself, not a doc

Expected Results

PDF Preview is generated

Actual Results

Preview isn't generated

Notes

This issue has been already been reported this to our engineering team to improve the PDF preview capability in the new editor.

Workaround

A known workaround is to open the file in a different PDF editor, save the file and re-upload.
