      Problem Definition

      There are some PDF files which can be viewed only using Adobe Acrobat.

      Suggested Solution

      Disable the PDF viewer plugin so Adobe Acrobat can be used.

      Notes

      The PDF preview is controlled by Atlassian JIRA - Plugins - File viewer system plugin, if we disable this plugin on the pluginstate database table, JIRA gets locked and is unable to be started properly.
