When using a multiselect on a Transition screen the selection disappears on losing field focus

Issue Summary

When you transition an issue with a multi-select field on the transition screen, once selecting the options and focusing on another field, the selection is not shown in the field and stays as if nothing was selected.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Create a multi-select custom field and add it to the Transition screen of a workflow
2. Transiton an issue to a status that has the transition screen
3. On the transition screen, select multiple values on the multi-select field
4. Change the page focus to another field

Expected Results

The selected options should remain highlighted to display which options are selected.

Actual Results

There are no highlighted options unless the page focus goes back to the multi-select field, which makes the selected options highlighted again.

This is what I have on our side. The web browser picks the grey color from the option:checked because it has the !important tag.

However, on customers' web browsers, they don't have the !important tag, so the web browser picks the other color (white) making it hard to distinguish visually the selected options but they still are selected.

Workaround

No workaround. This is only a visibility issue as the options selected remain saved if the issue is transitioned.
