Issue Summary

Issue layout will show duplicate Development fields when the Development field is added to the applicable issue screen

Steps to Reproduce

1. In a company-managed project, access Project Settings > Issue layout
2. The default context fields will show as below:
   

1. Add the Development field to the applicable issue screen:
   
2. Issue layout will show duplicate Development fields (the one with the branch icon and the other with the icon used for custom fields)
   

Expected Results

Showing just one field given that they apply to the same custom field (Development)

Actual Results

Duplicate fields are shown

Workaround

Not having the Development field as part of the screen. It will still be shown on the issue regardless of whether it is on the screen or not
